Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills Unveils Delectable Holiday Dining Offerings to End the Year on a Sweet Note

Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is offering decadent menus for you and yours this holiday season at the signature restaurant, Jean-Georges Beverly Hills, and al fresco dining hot spot The Rooftop by JG. From Thanksgiving to New Year’s Day and everything in between, the restaurant will be enticing locals and out-of-towners with specialty menus and hours to celebrate.

The Nutcracker Tea

Inspired by the Los Angeles Ballet rendition of The Nutcracker, Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills will offer its annual high tea experience in the Lobby Lounge. On Saturdays and Sundays, the high tea experience will feature a live harpist for entertainment. The Nutcracker Tea runs Friday through Sunday from November 29 to December 29 from 2pm – 5pm and is $75 per guest.

Christmas Eve

Deck the halls at Jean-Georges Beverly Hills with festive appetizers and a three-course menu accompanied by a live pianist throughout the evening. Main courses will include choices of slow-baked salmon with truffle mashed potatoes and shaved Brussels sprouts; Maine lobster with mushroom-yuzu vinaigrette, celeriac, and shisho; parmesan cheese tagliatelle pasta with black truffles; lamb chops with mushroom bolognese and pecorino cheese; and soy-glazed short rib with celery root and apple salad. The menu will be served from 5pm – 10pm and starts at $165 per adult / $70 per child (6+). 

The Rooftop by JG will offer its all-day menu for lunch and dinner in addition to holiday specials and a side of 360-degree views of the city between 11:30am and 11:00pm. 

Christmas Day

Unwrap a scrumptious three-course menu, dessert buffet, and live music on Christmas Day. In addition to the main Christmas Eve highlights, the Christmas Day menu will feature appetizers such as an ahi tuna tartare with crushed avocado, radish and ginger dressing; black truffle Hamachi toast with garlic butter, and brioche; Wagyu beef carpaccio with black truffle fritter, comté cheese, and balsamic vinegar; endive and pear salad with black pepper buttermilk dressing, mint, and puffed quinoa; and grilled octopus with smoked paprika crème fraîche, guajillo vinaigrette. The menu will be served from 11am – 9pm and starts at $165 per adult / $70 per child (6+).

Or, celebrate Christmas with the best views of Los Angeles at The Rooftop by JG! Brunch will be served 10am to 4pm, and the all-day menu will be available from 4pm to 10pm. 

New Year’s Eve

Jean-Georges Beverly Hills will ring in the new year offering guests the option of two seatings complete with live music. The first seating will offer à la carte menu options from 5pm to 7pm, and the second seating will be a Midnight Masquerade, accompanied by a six-course menu from 8:30pm – 10pm. 

The Rooftop by JG hosts a New Year’s Eve celebration, complete with a DJ, hors d’oeuvres, caviar and a champagne toast from 9pm to 1am at $240 per guest. VIP tables will be available starting at $1,500 and include hors d’oeuvres, caviar and a bottle of Cristal champagne. Cocktail attire is recommended. 

New Year’s Day

Start the new year on a high note at Jean-Georges Beverly Hills with brunch specials. Enjoy brunch between 10:30am and 3:00pm and dinner from 5:30pm to 10pm.

The Rooftop by JG will also be open on New Year’s Day with delicious brunch offerings between 10am and 4pm, followed by the all-day menu available between 4pm and 10pm.
